TOBAM is authorised by the AMF in France, SEC-registered in the United States, and registered as an EU benchmark administrator with ESMA. It is headquartered in Paris with offices in Ireland and the United States.
Asset management
As an AMF-authorised management company, TOBAM manages strategies for professional and institutional clients under applicable French and European rules. Marketing of specific funds is limited to authorised countries and eligible investors.
